Designer vs. Architect

What is the difference between an Architect and a Designer? The distinction between these two titles can be vast. However, due to Terry's experience level the line between the two is very minimal for your residential project. The product you will receive is very similar. Terry is not an "Architect" nor does he pretend to be. You need not be concerned about this however, very seldom does this affect your residential project. The vast majority of building jurisdictions do not require residential projects to be completed by "Architects."
